These modules transformed our existing materials into a streamlined and effective eLearning solution. We now have a standardized program that not only saves time and costs but also enhances the competency of our new hires.

Strengthen your sales team’s financial acumen. This revamped online training program equips new sales executives with the essential tools to effectively evaluate customer financial situations, leading to a more efficient onboarding process and improved performance.
Because users were new to eLearning, we used an avatar to serve as the instructor. Everything in the course was presented by him, as if he were teaching the individuals directly, in person.

Each section of the course was introduced with a customized white board video. This highlighted the problems this sections aimed to solve, before diving into specific content.

All graphics within the course were custom illustrations, in the same hand-drawn style. This preserved the illusion that the instructor was presenting in a real world, instructor-led type of format.

Heavy on collaboration and communal activities, we found ways to convert all the real world Yellow Belt activities into equivalents that could be performed within an eLearning course.
